    • Identifying new opportunities anddrive sales in existing accounts within theterritory
    • Managing key customer relationshipsacross broad fields of researchinterest
    • Understanding of funding cycles andthe decision-making process in theterritory
    • Delivering to the agreed commercialtargets for MinION, GridION and PromethIONsystems
    • Adhering to best practices fortracking, recording, and documenting relevant commercialintelligence from all customer interactions.

    Qualifications

    • A BSc degree and/or Masters(preferably in Life Sciences or in Genetics), a PhD may beadvantageous but isn't required for therole.
    • You will have prior 5-7 years of genomicssales experience, preferably field sales and have worked withresearch/clinical life sciences, genomicscustomers.
    • You will have an understanding ofcurrent DNA sequencing technologies and their applications, strongcommunication and influencing skills and knowledge of the LifeSciences and Genomics market
    • Fluent in English& Arabic national language (both written/spoken) ismust.
    • You will be an excellent team player andable to build positive relationships with others. Ideally, you haveexperience of working in a global team, and you'recomfortable in a fast-paced environment
    • Youhave a positive approach with a can-do mindset and are able to useyour initiative as well as exercise good judgement andtact.
