**Description: - Responsible for the Overall Brand Management, measured against Sales performance and brand affinity.

  • Should have indepth knowledge of High level Research and Brand Positioning. Identify the brand pillars and build the marketing calendar for the year considering long term strategic objectives, business & market opportunities. Managing agencies and Thought Leadership in Creative and Communication Development. Drive all Marketing jobs effectively through several Creative, Social Media Agencies & In house team. Build the marketing MIS, and Measure all Promotions and launches.
  • Execute all the Product launches and promotions as per the marketing calendar. Monitor and present the achievement of target incidence set for all the promotions and product launches.
  • Good understanding and exposure of Direct Marketing and loyalty program Continuously explore opportunities and coordinate with Operations for Local Store Marketing and facilitate the same. Dialogue & discussion with Store team to understand and resolve the issues with struggling stores. Explore events opportunities wherever applicable
  • Media planning and monitoring of SEM & SEO along with internal team and the agency. Continuously monitor and innovate consumer engagement on all social media channels
