    Description
    Key responsibilities:
    • Financial Analysis and Reporting:

    Generate timely and accurate financial reports for the region and global practices.

    Utilize advanced analytics tools, with a focus on PowerBI, to transform raw data into actionable insights for strategic decision-making.

    Collaborate with various departments to gather and provide financial information and ensure data accuracy.
    • Budgeting and Forecasting:

    Assist in the development of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.

    Evaluate budget vs. actual performance and provide variance analysis.

    Work closely with stakeholders to understand business drivers and incorporate them into financial projections.
    • Matrix Reporting:

    Manage reporting processes for both the regional and global practices, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

    Communicate financial performance to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

    Collaborate with global teams to streamline reporting processes and enhance efficiency.

    Design models for recharges between practices and also regions.
    • Data Visualization and Presentation:

    Design and create visually compelling dashboards using PowerBI to facilitate decision-making.

    Prepare presentations for senior management, showcasing key financial insights and trends.

    Translate complex financial data into easily understandable formats for various stakeholders.
    • Continuous Improvement:

    Identify opportunities to enhance financial reporting processes and implement efficiency improvements.

    Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in financial analytics.

    Qualifications And Experience

    Qualified chartered accountant or a Masters degree with specialization in Finance.

    Proven and minimum 5 years of experience as a Financial Analyst with a focus on analytics.

    Strong proficiency in PowerBI, PowerPoint, and Excel is essential.

    Knowledge of finance principles, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.

    Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

    Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to diverse stakeholders.

    Experience Working In a Matrix Organizational Structure Is Preferred.

    Ability to multi-task, prioritise workload and effectively manage one's time

    Proven ability to work in a team environment and independently in a fast-paced and changing environment
