- Respond to internal and externalHR related inquiries or requests and provideassistance
- Assists HR manager in all HRsections like Recruitment, Employee Relations, L&D,P&D, Accommodation & Transportationetc.,
- Maintain records of personnel-relateddata (payroll, personal information, leaves, turnover rates etc.)in both paper and the database and ensure all employmentrequirements are met
- Liaise with otherdepartments or functions (payroll, benefitsetc.)
- Support the recruitment/hiring process bysourcing candidates, performing reference checks, assisting inshortlisting, issuing employment contractsetc.
- Assist supervisors in performancemanagement procedures
- Schedule meetings,interviews, HR events etc. and maintain the team'sagenda
- Coordinate training sessions andseminars
- Perform orientations, onboarding andupdate records with new hires
- Produce andsubmit reports on general HR activity
- Assist inad-hoc HR projects, like collection of employeefeedback
- Support other functions asassigned
