Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate frontofhouse operations to ensure efficient and exceptional service.
- Manage and lead a team of waitstaff, assigning tasks and responsibilities.
- Oversee reservation system, seating arrangements, and customer satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food service.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate waitstaff to maintain high service standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally.
- Monitor and manage inventory of dining supplies and equipment.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement service procedures and policies.
- Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Captain or similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including pointofsale systems.
- Exceptional customer service and problemsolving abilities.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Education:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
Experience:
- Hospitality: 3 years (preferred)
Language:
- Malayalam (required)
