up to 6.5K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualification

Job Location:

Sharjah, UAE About the Client: A packaging company that provides end to end solutions in FMCG & pharmaceutical industry.

Job Description - Handle day-to-day
HRoperations, including recruitment, employee onboarding, offboarding, benefits, insurance and maintaining personnel records.

- Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely salary disbursement to employees in compliance with local regulations and company policies.

- Collaborate with department heads to identify and address
HRneeds, such as performance management, training and development, and employee relations.

- Implement and oversee employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture, including organizing team-building activities, recognition programs, and employee surveys.

- Stay updated on UAE labour laws and regulations to ensure
HRpractices align with legal requirements and provide guidance to management and employees as needed.

Requirements:

Qualifications - Female, 40 years old and below - At least 3 years of experience in the similar role in UAE - Open to any industry, packaging / FMCG background is a plus
