SALES MANAGER


Kennedy Property Group is searching for an enthusiastic Sales Manager to help to grow our business and provide new and creative ideas to help achieve our goals.

This is a dual role which involves the leasing of exclusive properties in our portfolio and the onboarding of new properties to the portfolio.





SALES:

Pricing Analysis:

Reviewing competitive pricing in the market to ensure the vacant units in your assigned property portfolio are priced well to generate sufficient leads.


Qualification:

Understanding which leads can be converted quickly and which will require more time based on the quality of the questions the customers are asked during the initial interactions.


Viewings:

Coordinating with our operations team to ensure properties are well presented prior to viewings and managing your schedule to ensure you are well prepared and punctual.

Knowledge of every positive and negative aspect of the properties and the viewing process should be carefully planned. Sales managers should have digital capabilities to conduct virtual viewings using 3D Tours, Video Tours or Video calling.


Closing:

Using the best sales techniques to motivate and convert prospects ensuring that they do not miss out on the property.


Extension Collection:

Quickly building out a portfolio of month to month leases and being well organised around extension collection timings and payment methods to ensure there are no delayed payments.


Business Development:

Additional commission opportunities are available by pitching our property management service to landlords and onboarding new properties to our portfolio.


REQUIREMENTS:

A positive attitude is essential.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is solution focused and is excited about the opportunities available to them in this position.


A minimum of 2 years experience working for a real estate brokerage in a sales or leasing role is preferred.

Digital competence and experience using different CRM tools (Salesforce or Hubspot preferred) and property management systems

A broad network of property owner contacts who are open to the short term rental leasing model.

Strong organisational skills, communication skills (Verbal and Non Verbal), good team working skills and a positive/creative attitude is essential

Bachelor's degree certificate required

Ability to multi-task and take initiative


Salary:

Competitive base salary based on experience in addition to a comprehensive commission structure, including commissions for property booking and listing fees for each signed property.

Total monthly compensation ranges between AED 10,000 to AED 40,000 depending on sales performance.
