    General Description G&PS:
  • Organizational Governance: Strive for P&O (HR) excellence by supporting the Cluster Head of G&PS
  • People Services: Strive for P&O (HR) operational excellence while being responsible for running cluster people services, leveraging (digital) service solutions, streamlining processes, efficiently handling transactional key processes, and effectively bundling people services.
  • General Administration
  • Ensure adding and maintaining accurate data to the HCM system and produce staffing reports when requested by business.
  • Provide service to P&O(HR)colleagues - technical and user support, collect, maintain and clean data in all P&O(HR)systems and create reports.
  • Manage employment documents of employees (work contracts, renewals, side letters, etc.).
  • Liaise with Government affairs (Public Relations Office/Officer) for work permit issuance & renewals.
  • Provide on-request reporting to ensure the completion of mandatory training, e.g., compliance training via the Learning Management System and publish reports regularly.
  • Coordinate with P&O (HR) BP to support the timely closure of probation confirmation or extension.
  • Prepare Salary Letters & certificates upon request with appropriate authorization.
  • Maintain appropriate and aligned P&O (HR) administrative system and processes, including employee files, records, and documents, to ensure the availability of accurate information and employee data as and when required. Prepare service delivery reports for Region and Cluster G&PS Heads.
  • Monitor closely service catalogue changes communicated and plan implantation and changes on ground level.
  • Payroll Administration & Total Rewards:
  • Manage Monthly end-to-end payroll administration for the countries within the Cluster.
  • Record working time, review and report time and leave data, conduct payments and deductions, and one-time payments to key stakeholders, obtain authorizations, perform Bank uploads, and prepare month-end staffing reports for finance month closing after payroll posting.
  • Manage Master Data for Payroll and execute external payroll if any.
  • Administer yearly - bonus calculation and pay-outs for the Cluster in close coordination with Cluster Head G&PS.
  • Ensure to apply changes after salary reviews are finalized and administer employee life cycle transactions.
  • Talent Diagnostics:
  • Provide technical support to P&O (HR) on the assessment provider's digital platforms—data maintenance on certified Talent Diagnostics coaches, facilitator list/network & support on communication.
  • Organize certificate training, Talent Diagnostics analysis reporting to tribes.
  • Setup assessments for the Cluster requirement and facilitate debriefing.
  • Take care of the chargeback process.
  • Talent and succession planning:
  • Administer core employee data and organize calibration meetings/reports.
  • Provide talent reports and talent pool data to relevant stakeholders in the process from the Cluster.
  • Talent and Leadership Development:
  • Administer enrolment and approval process for the Cluster in talent and leadership programs.
  • Support scheduling, planning, budgeting (incl. chargeback), communication, and conducting quality checks through feedback.
  • Skilling and Learning:
  • Serve as a point of contact for the function and maintain the Digital Learning Technology.
  • Support in various skills, knowledge management & learning service solutions (incl. onboarding).
  • Assist analytics and reporting and support communicating feedback received to the Tribes.
  • E mployee Survey + Pulse Check:
  • Provide first-level support to employee Survey end-to-end process, including setup, administration coordination, communication, and follow-ups.
  • Performance Management:
  • Conduct status tracking and reporting and develop tailored cluster reports for the calibration sessions to the business partner.
  • Conduct data checks and transfer performance information for compensation calculation.
  • Mobility:
  • Point of contact for business managers and employees for mobility-related topics.
  • Provide visibility on spending, cases, requests, and other details like durations.
  • Organizational Governance and Grading:
  • Set up and coordinate respective governance bodies to Cluster calibration as per the defined global governance model.
  • Support P&O (HR) BP in applying grading methodology, conducting grading for pre-defined levels, and maintaining the HCM System's grading.
  • Sustainable Employment Conditions & D&I.
  • Support meeting the requirements of legal obligations related to social compliance by defining and implementing P&O (HR) grievance mechanisms for the Cluster.
  • Review Customer contracts, standard customer questionnaires and internal sustainability evaluations.
  • Qualifications and experience required:
  • Degree in human resources, related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience in a mid-level P&O(HR)management role.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a Regional/Cluster/Country role in Human Resources – as HR Generalist or shared service experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office and proficient in other P&O (HR) IT tools for workforce administration.
  • Preferably has experienced a change in management & P&O (HR) transformation.
