We are a leading real estate company based in Dubai and we are seeking a talented and experienced Property Consultant to join our team.

As a Property Consultant, you will be responsible for providing clients with expert advice on property investment opportunities in Dubai.


Responsibilities:


  • Build and maintain a client base through networking, referrals, and marketing strategies
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify investment opportunities and provide clients with accurate and relevant information
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring that all parties are satisfied with the terms of the agreement
  • Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the buying or selling process
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to property transactions
  • Build and maintain relationships with developers, landlords, and other industry professionals
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring that their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.

Requirements:


  • At least 2 years of experience as a Property Consultant in Dubai
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals
  • Knowledge of Dubai's property market and relevant laws and regulations
  • A valid UAE driving license
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) Russian and Chinese is a plus.

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
