    Area Sales ManagerDubai

    Reporting to: VP Commercial Middle East& Gulf

    POSITIONOVERVIEW:

    This role is pivotal inmaintaining sales stability and growth within the assignedterritory by effectively managing business channels and fosteringdistributor relationships. The incumbent will play a key role inaligning distributor activities with the companys vision andstrategy ensuring sales profit and collection targets are metthrough strategic planning and proactive engagement. Flexibilityteamwork and a proactive approach to commercial operations areessential for success in this dynamic position.

    KEYRESPONSIBILITIES:

    Developquarterly and annual targets for partners and distributorscollaborating closely with the local sales team.

    Lead and motivate the sales force to achieve set goals employingeffective development practices.

    Strategicallymanage pricing across various channels and accounts to safeguardprofitability.

    Monitor receivables collectionsand account performance to optimize cash flow.

    Implement marketing plans in collaboration with the marketingdepartment to drive product visibility andsales.

    Expand sales channels enhance retailcapacity and establish a robust wholesalenetwork.

    Facilitate successful product launchesand monitor their performance in the market.

    Provide comprehensive training to distributors on new products andtechnologies.

    Maintain product presentationstandards in distributor showrooms coordinating withmarketing.

    Cultivate relationships with keycontracting firms to capitalize on projectopportunities.

    Explore innovative routes tomarket to maximize sales revenue.

    Enhance brandawareness across all channels through strategic partnerships andinfluencer engagement.

    Continuously analyzesales performance and profitability making recommendations forimprovement.

    Identify and acquire new keyaccounts to sustain growth.

    Establish andnurture relationships with consultants designers architects anddevelopers.

    Organize training sessions andseminars for distributors and industryprofessionals.

    Stay updated on market trendscompetitor activities and customer needs.

    Develop annual budgets and targets to drive market sharegrowth.

    Collaborate with CRM unit to streamlineproject management processes.

    Serve as arepresentative of the company upholding its reputation andimage.

    Ensure quality service delivery bydistributors meeting or exceeding customerexpectations.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    Bachelors degree in business administration marketing commerce orengineering.

    57 years of managerial experiencein the sanitary wares field with a strong track record in UAE andOman construction markets.

    Proficiency inEnglish; Arabic language skills desirable.

    Strong communication negotiation and relationshipbuildingabilities.

    Effectivemanagement of sales targets margins and KAM productmix.

    Timely and meticulous CRMdeliverables.
