    • To provide a safe, secured,courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at alltimes, following Hotel Standards ofPerformance.
    • To handle guest and employeeinquiries in a courteous and efficient manner and report guestcomplaints or problems to supervisors if no immediate solution canbe found and assure follow up with guests.
    • Tohave a thorough understanding and knowledge of all hotel relatedservice and products have the ability to make recommendations tohotel guests.

    • To assist in maintaining the pool inimpeccable cleaning conditions with minor work such as removal ofsmall floating objects which might have fallen during theday.

    • To ensure that the hygienic condition ofthe pool is respected by everyone.
    • To remainphysically fit and refresh continuously life saving techniques asper job requirements the life saver will be required to performspecific exercises as per established scheduledtraining.
    • To continuously maintain and serviceall equipment related, or assigned, to the department, as specifiedin equipment manuals.
    • To be aware of scheduledfunctions, group, or VIP arrivals and specialevents.
    • To be flexible with work hours,regardless of time, during day, or night, in order to personallyfacilitate security arrangements of cases that require specialtreatment and handling.
    • To project at all timesa positive and motivated attitude and exercise selfcontrol.
