As part of the team, the analyst will be responsible for financial close and reporting activities, along with designing, building, automating and maintaining improvements.

The analyst will work closely with the business team, HR team, finance team and program managers across the business's to streamline reporting and identify opportunities for cost and productivity optimization.

An ideal analyst is one who enjoys discovering and solving complicated problems, can quickly learn complex systems, likes to work with numbers, and takes pride in organizing and communicating his work.

Job Requirements:
3+ years of relevant work experience in financial/retail/e-commerce spaceExperience with month end financial closure and reporting activitiesAbility to provide insightful analysis to support business decision making and challenge where appropriateExperience with Tableau or similar tools
