Key Responsibilities:
Support the development and delivery of periodic management reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly), – data include: (1)
YTD Revenue, (2) AVG TCE Spot and TC-in fleet, (3) GP from TC Fleet & cargo relets, (4) Customer meetings, (5) % capacity utilization on PMT voyages, (6) Fixture numbers per freight traderUpdate and distribute fleet position lists to internal business units and COA partners on agreed datesMonitor key performance indicators (service performance to customers i.e.
Support development of annual and quarterly divisional budgets, fleet plans and annual financial forecasts in collaboration with chartering and finance teamSupport with COA contracts list update, COA performance, Cargo trade TCE, Business segmentation report, Customers performance, Delays (DD, Covid19, BEM) business impact analysisCalculation and submission of monthly pool/non-pool fleet earnings from IMOSSupport with board presentations dataEnsure all work is carried out in accordance with the departmental policies and standard operating procedures (SOP)Assist internal and external auditors with business information during quarterly and year end auditsPreparation on Fleet Position list and distribute to external partnersExperience & Qualifications:
Bachelor in Accounting / Finance / Business Administration, other maritime shipping related diplomas and certificates, internal auditUp to 5 years experience in related (finance, accounting, planning) role preferably with at least 1 years in the maritime industry.
