Job description
Job Responsibilities
- Utilization of iFlight/Intranet to request Material Requisitions against jobs for missing items
- Provide Clarification with scope of works to respective teams and identify required/missing spares, parts and tooling working with Production Engineer to raise PR Requests if not available from Material Requisition System
- Issuance of Route Sheets to their team and monitoring of their process through the section
- Insurance of Route Sheet Sign Off after completion of operations
- Identify and log all fault equipment on Maintenance Log System
- Organize and hold daily Tool Box Talks
- Manage Teams Leave, both holiday and sick and provide support to HR Manager where required
- Annual Skills Matrix Reviews supported by Production Engineer/Manager
- All other duties as assigned
Required Skills / Knowledge
- 10 Years Plus experience as Technician in supervisor position
- Must have ability to handle technical data from multiple sources.
- Good understanding of planning and logistic methodologies.
- Good communication skills in English language, both verbal and written.
- Computer Skills (Microsoft Word and Excel, Outlook).
- Product knowledge e.g. API Manufacture and repair, Roteq, Oil & Gas and general industrial equipment repair
Experience
- 6-10 Years Plus experience as Technician in supervisor position
Education Requirements
- Minimum requires Diploma in Engineering, Degree in Engineering preferred.
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role.
Physical Requirements
- To comply with Company and client quality, safety and environmental management systems and procedures at all times.
- Ensure all accidents / incidents/near misses / hazards are immediately reported and relevant paperwork is completed.
- Work within the team to develop a culture where everyone embraces, upholds and accepts responsibility for a safe workplace, a healthy working life, a sustainable environment and the right and duty to intervene
