A new opportunity hascome up from one of the fastestgrowing hospitality firm in AbuDhabi UAE. They are looking foraProgram Coordinator (ArabiSpeaker) to join their newinstitute.

TheProgram Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and managing thecohort of school students within the program. They ensure thesmooth execution of the program by coordinating various activitiescommunicating with stakeholders and providing support to bothstudents and faculty. This role requires strong organizationalskills excellent communication abilities and a passion foreducation and studentdevelopment.
Duties&Responsibilities

• ProgramManagement: Coordinate all aspects of the program includingcommunications regarding scheduling and resourceallocation.
  
• Student Support:Provide guidance and support to students addressing any concerns orissues they may have throughout the programduration.
  
• StakeholderCommunication: Maintain regular communication with parentsstatutory bodies and school management teams to keep them informedabout program activities and studentprogress.
  
• Event Planning:Be responsible of coordinating and organizing any event/s thatmight arise during theprogram.
  
• Data Management:Collect and analyze data related to student performance and programeffectiveness using this information to make informed decisions andimprovements.
  
• Collaboration:Work closely with teachers administrators and external partners toensure the program aligns with program goals andobjectives.
  
• Evaluation andAssessment: Conduct evaluations and assessments to measure theimpact of the program and identify areas forimprovement.
  
• AdministrativeTasks: Handle administrative tasks such as budget managementrecordkeeping and reportgeneration.
  
• ConflictResolution: Mediate conflicts and resolve issues that arise amongstudents or between students and faculty promoting a positive andinclusive learningenvironment.
  
• ProfessionalDevelopment: Stay uptodate on trends and best practices ineducation and program management continuously seeking opportunitiesfor professionalgrowth.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degreein Education Psychology or a relatedfield
  
• Previousexperience in program coordination student support or a relatedrole within an educationalsetting.
  
• Stronginterpersonal skills and the ability to build positiverelationships with students parents andcolleagues.
  
• Excellentorganizational and time management abilities with the capacity tomultitask and prioritizeeffectively.
  
• Proficiency inMicrosoft Office and other relevant softwareapplications.
  
• Knowledge ofeducational principles and practices including student developmenttheory and curriculumdesign.
  
• Flexibility andadaptability to respond to changing needs and priorities within theprogram.
