As a Senior Investment Associate, you operate at the center of our acquisition engine. You work directly with the dealsourcer and investment team to evaluate, pressure-test, structure, and close ecommerce acquisitions across sectors such as Fashion, Beauty, Electronics, Home, and more.

Every week you will analyze new deals, challenge assumptions, negotiate terms, and push transactions toward closing.

Are you the next Investment Associate ready to grow with us?

• ANALYZE | When a new deal is sourced, you immediately take ownership of the financial and operational analysis. You review P&L statements, ad accounts, cohort data, supplier dependencies, working capital needs, and risk exposure. You validate assumptions, stress-test forecasts, and identify red flags early. You ensure no material risk goes unnoticed.;
• DUE DILIGENCE | You run structured due diligence in collaboration with our investment team. You coordinate data room requests, verify financial accuracy, assess marketing efficiency, evaluate customer quality, and examine operational scalability. You challenge sellers professionally and extract clear answers backed by data;
• STRUCTURE | You support valuation modeling based on our internal acquisition framework. You calculate maximum willing price, assess earnout structures, and prepare investment memos that clearly outline upside, downside, and risk factors;
• EXECUTE | You keep deals moving. You follow up relentlessly. You coordinate with legal, finance, and sellers. You eliminate bottlenecks. You drive transactions from LOI to SPA with urgency and discipline. Speed matters.
• CLOSE | Your performance is measured by disciplined capital deployment and successful deal closures. You balance conviction with caution. You protect downside while securing high-quality acquisitions.

• 3+ years of experience in the financial sector, with a proven track record of communication skills
• In-depth knowledge of financial markets, investment instruments, and asset classes;
• Ability to analyze complex financial data and trends, using quantitative and qualitative methods to inform investment decisions;
• Exceptional risk management skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective risk mitigation strategies;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts in a clear and understandable manner;
• Excellent investor relationship management skills, with a focus on client retention and satisfaction;
• Proven ability to adapt to changing market conditions and implement effective investment strategies accordingly;
• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field;
• Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools;
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams;
• A passion for the financial markets and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement;
• High ethical standards and a commitment to conducting business with integrity.
