Description

We are looking for an active
Chief Operating Officer, who will provide management, leadership and vision to ensure the organization meets its short-term and long-term objectives.

They should be able to create enduring policies, and a company culture that strengthens operational efficiency as well as generates revenue.

They will work close together with the CEO. They must have strong skill sets in _
Banking_ and _
DeFi_.

Responsibilities include:

• Establishing policies that improve and promote company vision and culture
• Evaluating company performance and recommend strategies to improve results
• Collaborating with management and other stakeholders to raise capital and carry out other businessexpanding strategies
• Lead and motivate the team to advance employee engagement and develop a high performing managerial body
• Oversee all operations and business activities (branding, advertisement, team building.)
• Enforce adherence to legal guidelines and inhouse policies to maintain the company's regulatory compliance and business ethics
• Build trust relations with key partners and stakeholders and act as a point of contact for important customers
• Maintain a deep knowledge of Blockchain, DeFi and Financial industry
• Leading raising equity and AUM for the company

Requirements and skills

• Proven experience in finance and senior positions
• Hands on mentality and entrepreneur skills
• Knowledge in
  Blockchain and
  DeFi products and market
• Experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing vision
• Strong understanding of
  corporate finance and
  asset management:
• In-depth knowledge of corporate governance and general management best practices
• Experience and existing network to
  family offices and
  institutional investors:
• An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills
• Analytical abilities and problemsolving skills
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills
• MSc/MA in business administration or relevant field
