Our company is searching for an
Outdoor Sales executive and Beauty Advisor to join our creative and dynamic team.

She will be base in Dubai or in Abu Dhabi You will be responsible to promote our luxury products by providing a wide variety of beauty treatments.

We are seeking an Outdoor Beauty Advisor (Female only).

Responsibilities:

Identify customer needs and recommend cosmetics.
Perform demo of our products, skincare treatment, nails treatment.
Extensive knowledge about the products you will be selling to educate customers about our products range.
Demonstrating product features to salons / Spa
Promote and present Kadoon Pro platform to clients. In this context, you will highlight platform's features, capabilities, content, and ordering process.
Completing order forms online with clients cross selling and submitting them for processing.
Initiate product replenishment according to inventory by regularly visiting the clients.
Report daily salons/ Spa visits and operational performance metrics to the commercial manager.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 2+ years' experience as Outdoor Beauty Advisor in Dubai.
Fluent in English, excellent verbal communication, including active listening, for learning about clients' needs and explaining treatment options.
Excellent knowledge of Nail and Spa skincare regulations and procedures, and Commercial skills.
Be distinguished by a clean and organized appearance.
Guess relation: address clients need in a professional, positive, and timely manner.
Maintenance of good inventory by keeping regularly inform the commercial manager on the stock level.
Work closely with the commercial manager, regularly update clients' visits.
Be understanding and caring by making your customers feel comfortable.
Knowledge of strict hygiene, health, and safety standards.
Be commercial by providing customer advice on benefits and composition of the products.
Good treatment by phone; ability to reassure customers.
Knowledge of equipment and procedures to carry out the procedures.
Knowledge of human anatomy; circulatory system and skin of clients, and advice according to customer needs.
