    • This channel will sell and promoteEtisalat Services directly toConsumers.
    • Provide day to day guidance andoperational management support for channel partnerstaff
    • Responsible for achieving assigned salestargets.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    1.Achieve theassigned sales targets including elife, VAS,

    2.Drive Daily, Weekly& Monthly eLife Acquisition & VAS Target from themapped sales staff, doing Sales review with staff onDaily/weekly/Monthly Basis

    3.Implementation andExecution Sales and Channel strategy, sales policies, processes inconsultation with SD/TM/SRSales.

    4.Daily/Weekly/Monthly Sales Progressreport to Management.

    5.Ensures continuousTraining Programs (Product, Soft Skills & SellingTechniques) to the field sales partner staff, access toeLearning.

    6.Ensures approved/correct flyers aredistributed in the market and escalate any violation 7.Manages andassists Sales Staff with the daily issues they may face in thefield and update the Report line Manager/Account Managers withrequirements if required

    8.Responsible foreffective management of Community Sales Channel Partner End to Endfor delivery of sales targets.

    9.Proactivelyinspects sales activity and effort among sales associates managed,ensuring that the quality and quantity of sales effort meetscompany expectations.

    10.Identifies deficienciesin skills/knowledge and attitude among sales associates managed,and works to improve individuals' capabilities through onthe job coaching, development, andtraining

    11.Performing daily/weekly/monthlyaudits on sales staff using Sales Frontline application and/orother tools

    12.Keep track of any update onEtisalat services/products using Etisalat resources such asCompass/Intranet/email communications and update Sales staffaccordingly

    13.Ensure awareness of the systemtools which help to identify potential areas for sale and use it toguide sales staff such as CLA, Muaamalati, compass,etc...

    14.Surveying communities on time& identifying new Residential Communities/ Building.Following/Updating Potential/BAU EID's ResidentialCommunity/Building wise of all mappedCommunities.

    15.Complete Knowledge of ResidentialCommunities/Buildings of MappedCommunities.

    16.Manages Sales campaigns andensures visits feedback is properlycaptured

    17.Assigning potential &campaign EID list given by the Management to Sales Staff in theirE2E devices and making sure task should be finish in the given SLA& Feedback uploaded in E2EDevice.

    18.Ensures reported sales staff are onjob and report any resigned/terminated/on leave staff to TM andmanagement in addition to keeping track of the assigned users tothe CL and avoiding to use non assignedusers.

    19.Provides regular updates on market,customer feedback and competition information tomanagement.

    20.Ensures Sales front lineAutomation (SFA) attendance and Audit tools are properly maintainedand used

    21.You will be expected to spend asignificant amount of your time out of theoffice.

    22.Performs any other related duties, asrequired.

    23.Report any Fraudulent/illegalactivities related such as Un-authorized access to system/Data,misuse of system access, illegal use

    Requirements:


    •High School Diploma Holder OR Degree Holder (Bachelors) OREquivalent.


    • 4-5 years'experience in sales preferably Direct to Consumer and managingchannel partners
