• Demonstrate service standards inall interactions.
• Ensure that Colleaguesworking in the team follow all Fairmontstandards.
• Ensure all complaints are attendedto and resolved as quickly as possible.
• Ensureall the required documentation iscompleted.
• Coordinate any inspection from thegovernment authorities (DM, CDA, DEWAetc.)
• Coordinate with all the Engineeringcontractors to carry out their work.
• EnsureEngineering store is correctly maintained and parts stock levelsmaintained.
• Supervise strict adherence tosafety rules by all Colleagues at alltimes.
• Conduct departmental training and ensuretraining program and records are up todate.
• Follow Occupational Health &Safety regulations.
  

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of technicaleducation training certificate or Diploma in any relevanttrade.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-onexperience in any 5 star hotel engineeringoperation.
• Previous Hotel experience is anasset.
• Experience Working in the UAE is anasset.
• Must be flexible in terms of workinghours.
• Computer literacy in Windows, MS OfficeSuite, and OPERA, BMS systems isrecommended.
