    Description

    Responsibilities / Tasks

  • Business Development and sales of Separator New Machines - Oil and Fat Processing (Edible Oil, Yeast, Starch &Protein).
  • Meeting annual targets and KPIs like Order Intake, Gross Margin/Profits across all verticals / business units.
  • Managing and interpreting customer requirements and meeting sales targets in a regular fashion.
  • Preparing Offers, techno-commercial offers. Coordinating with the concerned verticals /business units in the headquarters.
  • Meeting customers, handling queries and objections (technically and commercially) and fine-tuning offers meeting customer's requirements.
  • Negotiating tender and contract terms ensure closure of contract by understanding the terms and conditions that are best fit to market and as per the GEA guidelines.
  • Coordinate with activities with site commissioning team, if required.
  • Analyzing costs and sales and administering client accounts.
  • Be a team player and enhance marketing by being a part of trade shows, conference and other marketing events.
  • Efficient applying various route to market including channel partners (agents) to achieve targets.
  • Make technical presentations demonstrating the benefit of a product in line with client's needs.
  • Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product educations
  • Liaising with other team members of the sales team and technical experts. Be a key member in solving client problems.
  • Provide training and producing support material for your channel partners and field office engineers.
  • Use CRM tools to enhance sales, achieve maximum on lead conversion, and follow up.
  • Your Profile / Qualifications

  • Degree in Engineering
  • Specialized in Oil Technology (Preferred)
  • 3 to 5 years experience in similar field/ products.
  • Middle East experience is an added advantage
  • Experience in negotiations with the clients on new machines and spare parts.
  • Language Proficiency : English, Arabic ( is an added advantage)
  • Ability to adapt to international and culturally diverse teams.
