    • Analyze,develop, and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned withthe overall business strategy.
    • Oversees all HRstrategy and activities and ensures the proper implementation ofHR-related policies and procedures.
    • Responsiblefor talent attraction, talent management, employee development,compensation and benefits, and personnel-related affairs across theCompany as well as enhancing the Company's overall HumanResources practices.
    • Drive appropriate learningand development initiatives as well as successionplanning.
    • Develop and update HR policies andprocedures in alignment with the organization's goals andobjectives.
    • Implement performance appraisalsystems.
    • Must ensure compliance with allrelevant laws andregulations.
