PositionSummary:Our client is a prominent international service provider in theenergy sector seeking a dynamic professional for the role ofCommissioning Manager. The successful candidate will play a pivotalrole in overseeing the commissioning process for various projectswithin the energy industry. While we value experience in PropaneDehydrogenation (PDH) processes this role encompasses a broaderspectrum ofresponsibilities.

KeyResponsibilities:

• Leadand supervise interdisciplinary teams in the planning and executionof Precommissioning & Commissioning (PC&C)activities for process plants ensuring compliance with clientrequirements and HSSEstandards.
  
• Conductcomprehensive assessments of commissioning work evaluatingavailable resources and potentialconstraints.
  
• Developintegrated PC&C execution plans including activity scopeduration resource requirements andconstraints.
  
• Designand implement PC&C sequences based on process natureoperational constraints systematization of facilities and projectmilestones.
  
• Coordinatewith various project departments clients and third parties toresolve interfaceissues.
  
• Ensuresafety and precautionary measures are adhered to during thecommissioningprocess.
  
• Collaboratewith Commissioning Engineers in analyzing contract scopes andpreparing systematic precommissioning/commissioning/startupprocedures.
  
• Overseeplanning progress monitoring cost control and coordination withclients.
  
• Prepareand implement commissioning safety procedures such as LOTO PTW andcontrol ofblinds.
  
• Conductregular review meetings with clients and vendors to address HSEconformance commissioning progress and equipmentrelatedissues.
  
• Providetechnical and manpower support to clients during initial operationsas per projectterms.
  
• Manageand control project completions team and systems ensuring adherenceto schedules and clientrequirements.
  

KeyQualifications andSkills:

• Bachelorsdegree in chemical/processengineering.
  
• Minimum15 years of experience in Commissioning of Oil Refineries and/orPetrochemicalindustry.
  
• Provenexperience in operations readiness asset management and maintenancepractices within relevantindustries.
  
• Strongunderstanding of process engineering principles and operationsmanagementconcepts.
  
• Proficiencyin process design optimization troubleshooting and continuousimprovementmethodologies.
  
• Extensiveknowledge of Propane Dehydrogenation (PDH) processes and associatedutilities.
  
• Familiaritywith power distribution systems ICSS Industrial Telecom Systems andindustrial HSSEsystems.
  
• Abilityto develop PC&C protocols and plans for various equipmentandsystems.
  
• Proficientin Microsoft Office tools for producing PC&C schedulesdocumentation andpresentations.
  
• ExcellentEnglish verbal and written communicationskills.
  
• Leadershipqualities with the ability to influence motivate and leadcrossfunctionalteams.

Minimum 15 years of experience in Commissioning of Oil Refineriesand/or Petrochemical industry. Proven experience in operationsreadiness, asset management, and maintenance practices withinrelevant industries. Strong understanding of process engineeringprinciples and operations management concepts. Proficiency inprocess design, optimization, troubleshooting, and continuousimprovement methodologies. Extensive knowledge of PropaneDe-hydrogenation (PDH) processes and associated utilities.Familiarity with power distribution systems, ICSS, IndustrialTelecom Systems, and industrial HSSE systems. Ability to developPC&C protocols and plans for various equipment and systems.Proficient in Microsoft Office tools for producing PC&Cschedules, documentation, and presentations. Excellent Englishverbal and written communication skills. Leadership qualities withthe ability to influence, motivate, and lead cross-functionalteams.
