For More Top Organization Jobs Click HereDescription:We are looking for an experienced Operations Lead to take overall responsibility for film and show production:/Job Responsibilities:

Ensure that all repair and overhaul work is processed within customer agreed or contracted turnaround times, maintaining high quality standards and cost targets.

Establishing objectives, policies, standards and production schedule to ensure quality and cost effectiveness, and responsible for production planning documentation.

Responsible for material flow, monitoring and providing proper manning levels, adequate facilities and timely scheduling of repairs through the MRO.Lead his/her team in accordance with Collins's "Code of Ethics," "Policy Statement on Business Ethics" and related policies and be role model to the team.

Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to ensure that the business meets customer's requirements.


Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business or a related field is strongly preferred with 5 years of maintenance experience in Civil or Military Aviation.
