    • Make requisition for thestationary and all other office supplies for the smooth operationsof the office
    • Ensure proper maintenance ofaccounting records, receive and distribute Finance Departmentincoming mail
    • Ensure that all attendance sheetsfrom different departments are approved before forwarding toPaymaster
    • Assist the Paymaster in thedepartmental attendance sheetadministration
    • Distribute pay slips to theDepartment Heads and obtain their signatures upondelivery
    • Answer incoming calls promptly,transferring calls wherever necessary and record messagesaccurately
    • Call up suppliers to collect pendingpayments
    • Maintain high level of recordconfidentiality
