    Responsibilities:

    • Assist in coordinating logistics activities including transportation warehousing and distribution.
    • Prepare and process shipping documentation including invoices packing lists and shipping labels.
    • Coordinate with carriers and freight forwarders to schedule pickups and deliveries.
    • Monitor and track shipments to ensure ontime delivery and resolve any issues or delays.
    • Assist in inventory management including receiving stocking and organizing inventory.
    • Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies as needed.
    • Assist in optimizing logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
    • Provide support to the logistics team in analyzing data and generating reports.

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Previous experience in logistics supply chain or warehouse operations.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications particularly Excel.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
