Looking for Property Consultants:
Responsibilities:
- Ensure good professional relationships with owners, developers, and clients
- Ensure all leads and inquiries are attended to as per best customer service practices.
- Should have innovative marketing skills and capable of handling multiple marketing channels.
- Attending developer launches or other industry related events.
- Build lists of properties with detailed specifications, and market through open houses, advertisements, networking, and relationships.
- Head up the negotiations with industry professionals and clients, review contracts terms, and verify accuracy.
- Arrange Residential/Commercial Property Listings on regular basis through personal networking, farming and cold calling.
- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties' value.
- Develop strategies to increase the value of properties for clients looking to sell.
- Consult with clients and identify their need, financial concern, and preferences.
- Ensure that company standards, protocols and procedures are well implemented to the Sales Consultant.

AED3, AED5,000.00 per month

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
