    Job Description:
    We are seeking a skilled and passionate Facial Therapist to join our team at Crew Life at Sea.

    As a Facial Therapist, you will be responsible for providing our guests with a range of high-quality facial treatments and services.

    You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, including cruise ship guests and crew members, and help them achieve their skincare goals.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Perform a variety of facial treatments, including cleansing, exfoliating, and moisturizing, to meet the needs of our guests.
    • Consult with guests to determine their skin type and any specific concerns or problem areas.
    • Recommend and sell skincare products to guests based on their individual needs and concerns.
    • Keep uptodate with the latest skincare trends and techniques to provide the best possible services to our guests.
    • Maintain a clean and organized treatment room and ensure all equipment is sanitized and in good working condition.
    • Build and maintain relationships with guests to ensure their satisfaction and encourage repeat visits.
    • Collaborate with other team members to provide a seamless and exceptional guest experience.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 12 years of experience as a Facial Therapist, preferably in a luxury spa or cruise ship setting.
    • Certification in esthetics or a related field.
    • Knowledge of various facial treatments and techniques.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
    • A passion for providing exceptional customer service.
    • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
    • Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary travel documents.
