    The Officer - Service Centre is responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders.     Responsibilities


    • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
    • Provide assistance and guidance to customers regarding products, services, and policies.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the database.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
    • Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are addressed and resolved to their satisfaction.
    • Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
    • Meet or exceed customer service satisfaction goals as outlined by the company.
    Requirements


    • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
    • Proven experience in a customer service or call center environment.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
    • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
