Description

We are looking for an organized and experienced Receiving Storekeeper Clerk responsible for the maintenance of day to day administrative work and department's storeroom.


Job Responsibilities:
-


  • Conducting and managing day to day administrative work pertaining to ordering, receiving from warehouse, preparing format or schedule as per head chef request
  • Handing over records and production request to the Sous Chef (bakery and pastry)
  • Preparing and submitting LTO's and invoices to Finance department within the set timelines to avoid delays
  • Tracking & updating stocks both Incoming/Outgoing Log Books & in the system.
  • Assist in accounts related work, costing, PLU for the bakery and pastry sections
  • Manage and provide updates on petty cash
  • Execute duties defined in the role as you will be the main point of contact between production and administration
  • Support bakery counter in the shop with information of recipes and new items

Role Specifications:

  • 2 to 4 years' proven experience in a FMCG industry
  • Basic numerical acumen
  • Organize and able to prioritize work within lead time
  • Good communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team
  • Strength to lift, push or pull heavy items
  • Ability to cope with pressure

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
AED2, AED3,000.00 per month
