    are seeking an experienced and dynamic Property Listing Team Leader to join our
    Real Estate team in Abu Dhabi, As a listing Team leader, you will be
    responsible for leading the listing team.<\/span>

    Responsibilities:<\/span>
    <\/p>

    · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of property
    listing specialists.<\/span>
    <\/p>

    · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Set clear performance expectations and goals
    for the team and individuals.<\/span>
    <\/p>

    · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Conduct regular performance reviews and provide
    constructive feedback.<\/span>
    <\/p>

    · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Analyze team and individual performance metrics
    regularly.<\/span>
    <\/p>

    · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Identify areas for improvement and implement
    strategies to enhance overall productivity and efficiency.<\/span>
    <\/p>

    · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Develop and implement effective property
    listing strategies to maximize market exposure and attract potential buyers or
    tenants.<\/span>
    <\/p>

    · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Stay abreast of market trends, competitor
    activities, and industry best practices.<\/span>
    <\/p>

    · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Build and maintain strong relationships with
    property owners, developers, and other stakeholders.<\/span>
    <\/p>

    · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Ensure exceptional customer service throughout
    the property listing process.<\/span>
    <\/p>

    · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Oversee the creation and optimization of
    property listings, including compelling property descriptions, high -quality
    photos, and virtual tours.<\/span>
    <\/p> Implement
    best practices for maximizing the visibility of listings on various platforms<\/span>
    <\/div><\/span>

    Requirements<\/h3>

    · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Minimum of 2 - 4 years of experience in real
    estate, with a focus on property listing.<\/span>
    <\/p>

    · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Proven experience in team leadership and
    management.<\/span>
    <\/p>

    · <\/span><\/span><\/span>In -depth knowledge of the real estate market in
    Abu Dhabi.<\/span>
    <\/p>

    · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Strong communication and negotiation skills.<\/span>
    <\/p>

    · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Familiarity with property listing platforms and
    marketing tools.<\/span>
    <\/p>

    · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Results -oriented with a track record of meeting
    or exceeding targets.<\/span>
