Job Description
Our professional services client is looking for a Revenue Coordinator to join their Finance team in Dubai
Key responsibilities:
Raising billing guides, draft bills and finalising billsEnsure bills are sent out and filed promptlyProvide accurate advice on billing queries, proceduresEnsuring that the agreed service levels are metSubmitting bills on clients' electronic billing systems if requiredClose liaison with partners and lawyers and focal point for queriesPrepare bank letters to transfer funds from clients accounts ( to be used to pay invoices )Prepare SOA for payments made out of clients accountsProcess payments of settlement funds / property payments for clientsUndertake ad hoc responsibilities as required by line manager Job Category Administration & Secretarial
