We are an established general trading firm specializing in engineering and distribution.
We are looking for someone to join our team as our Admin & Operations Assistant to deliver our support to our Head Office team.
- Answering telephone and handling the reception
- Welcomes & Directs Visitors and Clients.
- Assist the Team with DaytoDay Operations
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Maintains Office Supplies & coordinates maintenance of office equipment.
- Maintain an effective filing system and contact database.
- Any other clerical or administrative tasks as required
Key Requirements:
- 12 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Be a great organizer
- A supportive nature, ready to help with a wide range of functions
- Be solution oriented
- Strong scheduling skills
- Degree/Qualification in Business or Administrative skills

AED2, AED3,000.00 per month
