To support Serco's continuous delivery of world class services, our team in Abu Dhabi is looking for a Finance & Procurement Manager to join our contract in Rihan Heights and Tmanage, coordinate and assess financial activities of the Contract and to provide financial advice and support to the senior leadership team to enable them to make sound business decisions.

Key accountabilities
Provide strategic financial leadership and advice to Contract Manager and the Senior Management Team (SMT).
Ensure the adequacy of financial resources and financial disciplines to underpin the achievement of Contract strategy and objectives.
Monitor Accounts Receivable & Payable function for the entire Contract and ensuring that it is carried out smoothly.
Direct the preparation of the Contract's annual budget.

Implement accurate monthly reporting of performance against budget, forecast and other key performance indicators as set down by the Managing Director Serco Middle East, Operations Director Serco Middle East and Corporate Office.

Ability to positively influence key stakeholders within the Contract and business areas.
Ability to liaise in a professional manner with staff at all levels in the organisation and with external parties.
Ability to develop self and contribute to the development of others across the Team.
The ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work productively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Specific requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Master's in Accounting.
Holder of qualifications or accreditations from recognized governing bodies (i.e. CA, CPA, CMA).
Financial experience in a multi-national company in a similar industry and size is required.
