The incumbent wiU be responsible for Managinga team of CSRs who will provide specialized st1ppon to RMs RMs to achieve high level of satisfaction for their customers Accountable for ensuring that

overaJl perfonnance of the subordinate team fully meets the preagreed service delivery and standards productively across a substantial and often varied area oftra1153ctions and information processing


Brief Description:
Liaising with all d
- artments especially retail operations of the bank for resQlving customer

service related issuesremittance card account opening cheque processing compliance and legal

Approval and signing off for NonFinancial transactions FD specia1 rates account accessProcess of RM mapping and change ofbusinesssegment fQr clients with CSRs

Delegation of duties to CSRsby monitoring and conrrolling thetasks Alsoobtainfng OJpropriate feedback to them

Attending to customers on behalf of RMs in their absence

Maintaini
- g daily reports of non financial transactions perfonned by CSRsas per audit

requirement

Review requests received by customers and quality check of all transactionsrequests received by CSRs to process

Training new staffs and familiarizing RMs on the operational system and procedures

Maintenance of RM wise statistics for NTB Customers upgrades credit cards and facilities
