- To carry out all repairs andmaintenance within the confines of the ambassador accommodation i.efurniture, equipment, piping, polishing works, swimming pool,electrical, walls, floors, or any other items asdirected.
- To perform minor repairs to wallplaster and renderings, cracks, etc. required in preparation forthe paint job.
- To perform paintwork on interiorand exterior building walls.
- To assist in thepreparation of decorations for any functions or events happening inthe Accommodation compound.
- To be thoroughlyfamiliar with all regulations regarding safety at work and observethese meticulously at all times.
- To observecleanliness at the place of work and on the job after completion ofwork.
- To ensure cleanliness of appearance anduniform, particularly when working in guestareas.
- To carry out any other reasonable dutiesas assigned by the Assistant Ambassador AccommodationManager.
