Job Purpose (Brief summary of why the job exists)
To support Test gov team delivering Core Banking testing for diff workstreams.
Support in testing ensuring we meet the exit criteria.
Support in test case development and execution. Establish robust monitoring, reporting mechanisms.

Ensure that IT system changes/ new systems have been done as per business requirements and enhance the quality of deliverables in collective triage and defect calls and meeting.

Support users plan, prepare and execute testing of signed off test cases towards user testing sign-off in terms of established entry and exist criteria.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in test case preparation and execution.
  • Perform stress, load and performance testing during project UAT phase where required.
  • Participate in triage calls
  • To perform both positive & negative test as part of the functional testing.
  • Maintain the issue list and follow up getting its fix.
  • Support for maintaining all test records resulted from users and IT activities such as test plans, requirement traceability matrix, test cases and test execution supporting evidences for projects tested.
  • Ensure adherence to quality management system and relevant policies and procedures.
  • Manage and facilitate access, uploading their test cases and supporting evidences along with using the defect tracking sheet of DIB test management system.
  • Support to respond to audit observation related to team and provide supporting documents as per audit request.
All the above accountabilities includes but not limited to any additional/new tasks or responsibilities assigned by the line Manager

Job Complexity / Judgment

  • Ability to do different types of software testing mechanisms and making sure that software changes are meeting business requirements and as well as entry and exit criteria. Including user signoff.

  • Internal Bank Users, IT Teams and Management

Job Specification:
Education

  • Minimum Bachelor in computer science or Engineering
Work Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT and Quality Control field.

Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary

Contract length: 6 months


Salary:
AED10, AED12,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Al Nahda: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- functional testing: 3 years (required)
