ROVO Car Rental, a Innovative car rental company in the UAE, is seeking a highly motivated Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our team.

In this exciting role, you will play a key role in securing long-term rental and lease contracts, contributing significantly to our company's growth.

Develop and implement targeted sales & marketing strategies to generate leads and secure long-term rental and lease contracts.

Build strong relationships with corporate clients, fleet managers, and travel agencies.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the UAE market.
Create and deliver compelling presentations showcasing the benefits of our long-term rental and lease programs.

Negotiate and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Manage and maintain all aspects of the sales cycle, from lead generation to contract signing.

Analyze market trends and competitor activity to develop market-driven strategies.

Support the marketing team in developing and implementing targeted marketing campaigns for long-term rentals.

Collaborate effectively with other departments, such as operations and customer service, to ensure a seamless experience for our clients.

Qualifications:
Relevant experience in B2B sales, preferably within the automotive industry or a related field.

Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and securing long-term contracts.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Fluency in English and Arabic is a strong asset.

A passion for the automotive industry and a strong understanding of the UAE market is preferred.
