Requirements:

To be successful you will need to meet the following: - Minimum - 3 years' experience as a paralegal or similar in a law firm. - Must have strong corporate experience. - Investigative mind and strong research skills - Experience in preparing legal reports. - Ability to assist with legal matters such as regulations in capital markets, mergers, and acquisitions. - Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Arabic. - Applicants should be available for face-to-face interviews in the location mentioned above.
