    Description

    As a Graduate Recruitment Coordinator, you will provide essential support to our recruitment team, gaining hands-on experience in the end-to-end hiring process.

    You will assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for potential candidates, as well as providing administrative support for recruitment activities.

    This is a paid 1 year internship that offers an excellent opportunity to develop key skills in HR and recruitment while contributing to our organization's talent acquisition strategies.


    Responsibilities -Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates through resume review and initial interviews.

    Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates and interviewers to ensure a smooth interview process.

    Provide administrative support for recruitment activities, including maintaining recruitment databases and creating job postings.

    Communicate with candidates to provide updates on their application status and respond to enquiries.

    Assist with the onboarding process for new hires

    Support the planning and execution of recruitment events such as job fairs and industry events.


    Qualifications -Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

    A genuine interest in pursuing a career in HR and talent acquisition.
