We are GCH Human Resource currently hiring for one of our reputed leading developers in Dubai Location

Quality Assurance Analyst


Experience: 1 to 2 years

Location:
Dubai


Education:
Any Graduate Holder


Salary - 8 to 10 K

  • Monitoring quality of calls made received or made by contact center.
  • Listening to call recordings and provide scores as per the decided metrics.
  • Convert the scores into feedback and convey it to the Agents and Team Leader.
  • Create project plan on focused audit and ensures adherence to update management.

Job Requirements:


  • Thorough understanding of Call quality parameters.
  • Minimum experience of 4 years as Quality Analyst in a contact center.
  • Strong Oral and Written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Scoring techniques.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
AED8, AED10,000.00 per month
