Quality Assurance Analyst
Experience: 1 to 2 years

Education:
Any Graduate Holder
Salary - 8 to 10 K
- Monitoring quality of calls made received or made by contact center.
- Listening to call recordings and provide scores as per the decided metrics.
- Convert the scores into feedback and convey it to the Agents and Team Leader.
- Create project plan on focused audit and ensures adherence to update management.
Job Requirements:
- Thorough understanding of Call quality parameters.
- Minimum experience of 4 years as Quality Analyst in a contact center.
- Strong Oral and Written communication skills.
- Knowledge of Scoring techniques.

Salary:
AED8, AED10,000.00 per month
