Description

We need a IT Support Person for our company based in Dubai. We have group of companies among which one is the chain of restaurants based all over UAE. You will be responsible to provide full IT support to the companies in the group.

Following are the requirements

Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
Experience in CCTV configurations and installations.
Experience in handling restaurant POS, Printers can be a support to your selection.
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
Repairing and replacing hardware and software as necessary
Testing new technology and exploring new technical innovations that can help in running the day to day activities across the company.
Possibly training junior staff.

Salary:
AED2, AED3,500.00 per month
