    Tenten Aluminium and Glass Works, Al Jurf, Ajman, is in search of an admin executive cum accountant, full time, Indian, Male, Minimum 2 years UAE experience in serving an Industrial area (especially Aluminium and Glass Industry), having Driving License mandatory, Bachelor s degree in accountancy with background in admin, marketing, and client servicing preferable.

    For this role, you must be able to maintain full accounting system on timely basis, prepare financial accounts, TB, BL and BS, Coordinate and communicate, Analyse financial reporting, Maintain daily banking reports, Manage Account receivables and Payables, Reconcile Monthly Bank Accounts and Bank Reconciliation, Maintain and keep proper Filing and documentation, Assist Finance department in overall accounting related matters, Handle full set of accounts and Assist in office administration.

    ResponsibilitiesKnowledge of Quick books, Tally, Epromis or similar accounting programAware of UAE laws and regulationsPerform cash activities specifically related to posting and allocating customer receipts, raising of credit notes, general maintenance of the sales ledger, plus related reportingCalculate the expenses and returns on a project-to-project basisCoordinate with suppliers and clients for material purchase and deliveryTrack on the agreed material delivery datesFollow up for the ordered material to ensure that the company receives them on timeBe able to keep up with expiration dates and licensesAble to keep track of assets throughout the branchesPrepare daily financial reports, perform account reconciliations, maintain the general ledger, prepare tax returns, assist with audit preparations, and perform other accounting duties as assignedMaintain accurate month-end records by examining all financial statements.

    Handle the annual external auditUnderstand and perform the financial closing activity and report on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

    Assist in office administration as and when requiredOrganized, Flexible and Work well in a team complying with the company policyRequirementsProven work experience (at least 2 years) as a full-time accountant in Industrial areas.

    Background experience in admin, marketing, and client servicing preferable.

    Good oral and written communication and Math SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent in Computer and Microsoft ExcelGood time management and organizational skillsA team player as well as ability to work independentlyHighly motivated and detail-oriented individualAbility to work in a stressful working environment.

    Ability to solve client's problems instantly.
    Ability to multitask efficiently.
    Ability to offer excellent client serviceQuick decision-making abilities.
    Willingness to travel as and when required like bank issues etc.
