    Office Administration Role
    We are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to fill the position of Office Administrator. As an Emirati company, our client is committed to promoting Emiratisation and providing opportunities for UAE Nationals to develop their skills and contribute to our company's growth.

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office, including answering calls, responding to emails, maintaining office supplies, coordinating meetings and appointments, assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, preparing reports, supporting HR with recruitment and onboarding processes for UAE National employees, maintaining accurate records and databases for employee information and company documents.

    This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office software. The successful candidate must also demonstrate attention to detail and ability to multitask. This position plays a vital part in ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
