- Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company's sales goals;
- Assists in the development of the sales plan. Prepares forecasts and KPI reporting for the CEO for use in organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning;
- Evangelize the product and personally help close largest deals;
- Establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet your sales objectives;
- Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development;
- Planning a marketing strategy;
- Administration of sales department;
- Hiring and training of new employees if needed.
- Extensive sales experience for 1-3 years in Dubai real estate market;
- Excellent written and verbal English and Russian communication;
- Strong negotiation skills;
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication, presentation and organizational skills.
- Competitive compensation package including basic salary and commission;
- Working hours: 10.00am – 7.00pm from Monday to Friday (office located in Media City);

- 30 calendar days of annual leave.
