    • A first point of contact foremployees & managers who provides leadership, coaching andsupport for individual employee needs & HR processes. Foruse in businesses that are operating in the HR PartnershipModel.
    • Developing specialized depth and/orbreadth of expertise in own job discipline or field. Serves as bestpractice/quality resource. Has awareness of latest functionaldevelopments in own area. Contributes towards strategy and policydevelopment, and ensures delivery within area ofresponsibility.
    • Skilled influencer, able tocommunicate complex messages to others. Acts as a resource forcolleagues with less experience. May lead small projects withmoderate risks and resource requirements. Explains difficult orsensitive information; works to build consensus. Developingpersuasion skills required to influence others on topics withinfield.
