Job summary
This is a critical role for a technical expert responsible for the complete mechanical scope of a major project, ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance from start to finish.+,
The successful candidate must demonstrate experience in the combined supervision and management of the following systems on a construction site: HVAC Systems & Chilled Water Networks, Plumbing and Firefighting Systems.
,+- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC or Building Services Engineering.
- A UAE MoE Equivalency Certificate is mandatory.
- A minimum 5 years of experience in the UAE working for a General Contractor or EPC company.
): Technical Leadership & Coordination:
,+Review and approve all design drawings,shop drawings,
for technical compliance (ASHRAE,, NFPA,, ISO).+/Serve as/
the main technical point of contact/
for all on-site mechanical activities,,/coordinating subcontractors/
and suppliers./Resolve technical discrepancies /and ensure site execution aligns with approved documentation.,+
