Description
Planning and organizing the execution of a project, including:- Technical verification of site to be prepared for installation as per product requirements / shop drawings
- Coordinating with the clients on site for all logístical and technical requirements
- Making safety inspections and ensuring site procedures uphold construction and site regulations
- Transportation of goods to site, verifying quantity and quality of goods delivered and taking care of safe storage on site as per contractual agreement
- Liaise with the factory, sales, technical and logistics department in order to process with the supply and installation smoothly
- Managing and coordinating the installation team in order to make sure a project is completed effectively, safely and on time
- Sending daily / weekly / monthly reports in order to inform about the progress of the projects
- Consulting the customers / contracting companies on site and offering problem solutions, in case of any deviations are discovered during construction phase
- Coordinating and communicating to sales and technical department for any technical issues arising during the execution
Salary:
From AED3,000.00 per month
Education:
- Diploma (preferred)
Experience:
- MEP Supervisor (Mechanical): 5 years (preferred)
