    • Responsible for creating,planning, and implementing the marketing and sales mission, visionand strategy, along with the budget and efficiency targets for theassigned area.
    • Leading the definition of theassigned division and area footprint (market presence, executionstandards, and delivery model)
    • Overseeing theassigned teams that identify, monitor, and maintain or exceed thesales market price levels and evaluating the pricing impact on theresults with the Product Management team. Defining key marketingand sales targets (e.g., volume, prices, portfolio mix) andestablishing appropriate metrics and measurement tools to monitorthe performance.
    • Anticipating results andidentifying gaps in performance, proactively, to take earlyremedial action and ensuring that the targets are achieved in theglobal markets and driving the growth of the top line in eachmarket. Responsible for achieving the assigned order intake,margin, and related objectives for the assigned product portfolio,globally.
    • Driving the evaluation of potentialnew and existing markets and their needs and ensuring proactivesales approach with a focus on solutions. Overseeing the markettrends, competitive analysis, and market segment definitionactivities ensuring that the market is well monitored by developingefficient marketing and sales tools and their effective maintenanceand usage.
    • Responsible for planning andimplementing customer surveys and analyzing and acting on theresults to ensure high level of customersatisfaction.
    • Supporting the salesorganizations to ensure achievement of sales volume and product mixtargets.
    • Defining the systems monitoringclients' financial status and anticipating andreporting the changes in typical risk factors to relevant internalpartner teams, globally.
    • Ensuring that therelevant processes are established proactively identifying andmanaging risks related to contract agreements and prices acrosscustomers/channels.
    • Developing, implementing,and reviewing sales processes, related tools, and all relevanttraining and development plans, actions, andprograms.
