Key Responsibility Areas

Conduct regular inspections of all logistics vehicles, equipment and operations to identify potential health and safety hazards.
Evaluate the effectiveness of existing safety protocols, procedures, and guidelines and recommend improvements as necessary.
Collaborate with QHSE manager to develop and implement comprehensive health and safety policies that comply with industry regulations and best practices.
Investigate accidents, incidents, and nearmisses to determine root causes and escalate to the QHSE manager.
Maintain accurate and uptodate records of safety inspections and incidents.
Conduct training sessions for drivers on the ground on various safety topics including proper driving techniques, client HSE processes, and safe work practices.
Regularly communicate with crossfunctional teams to address safety concerns and share best practices.

Key Performance Indicators

Engage in client premises on the ground training and driver monitoring.

- ncident investigation and reporting.

Vehicle inspections.
Weekly & Monthly HSE reports.

Competencies

Thorough knowledge of industry specific quality standards.
Ability to plan, organize & deliver thorough vehicle inspections within the client premises
Effective communication and problemsolving skills.
Monitor driver behavior and identify control measures based on frequent observations.
UAE Drivers license is a MUST
Salary: 4,000 to 5,000AED

Education Any related Degree/ Certification NEBOSH IGC.

Experience 2 to 3 years of relevant experience from any industry

Salary:
AED4, AED5,000.00 per month
